Workflow

Everything starts on the command line. The other front ends talk to the same daemon.

A folder becomes a source. The files stay where they are.

catastr source add org ~/org
catastr index ~/org

A watcher picks up new, changed and moved files. Mail comes in through notmuch.

catastr watch ~/org
catastr mail

Full text, tags and fields in one query.

catastr search "tag:steuer rechnung"
catastr show 7f3a     # short id from the result list

catastr tag 7f3a --add important
catastr link 7f3a https://example.org/tarife
catastr links 7f3a    # connections, links, backlinks

The complete interface. Data on stdout, messages on stderr, so results stay pipeable:
